We have a lot of celebrity that special order from us on a daily bases. Our staffs are very unique and desirable, one of a kind. Sonia

Returns will be accepted for credit only if there a problem with the size or color, or goods not shipped in accordance with the specifications of sale, and then only 5 days from receipt of merchandise. Any other unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Absolutely no returns or exchanges on special orders. The ponchos, scarves and shawls are mostly one size; please specify if different size is desired. We do NOT have a factory. We produce all of our products ourselves. We want our customers to be happy so if there is a reasonable problem with some of our product we will fix it for free of charge (shipping not included). Thank you for ordering with us.
